Since the age of five, Gloria has called Remsenburg and The Hamptons home. As a graduate from Westhampton Beach High School, Gloria went on to continue her education at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Coupling her robust passion for management with her fluency in Italian, her first language, Gloria graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, specializing in International Business.

The years that followed her education at Fordham added immense value to not only her professional experience but also skillset. Gloria made the bold decision to branch out and pursue another passion of hers--cooking. She started a new career as a professional chef, attending culinary school at Suffolk’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Center. There, she learned not only the basics and finest details of both cooking and baking, but also that a successful restaurant extends far beyond just the food on the menu - it is a complex recipe using the right amount of ‘ingredients’ and ‘techniques’ to successfully run and manage staff, inventory, expenses, and revenue. With another degree under her belt, over the next few years, Gloria had the amazing opportunity to put her skills and passion to the test and work not only in local establishments but also overseas in Italy, on the island of Ischia, in a 2-Michelin star restaurant. One of the most memorable moments during her culinary career was her appearance on the Food Network’s ‘Guy’s Grocery Games’ where she competed in a cooking competition, twice!

After a grueling but rewarding experience in Italy, Gloria returned back to Remsenburg where she planted her feet and began nurturing her business degree. Combining this with all the relationships she had cultivated over the years both here at home and internationally, it was very natural for Gloria to enter the real estate industry. Three years into real estate, and with an acquired skill set for marketing and social media, Gloria and her business partner Tom Stoebe co-founded Stoebe & Co. Real Estate right here at home in Westhampton Beach. Stoebe & Co. was established on the basis of creating a luxury brand with an innovative approach to the traditional corporate real estate industry structure. With continued growth and success to this day, Stoebe & Co. is recognized as the future of the industry and the new generation of real estate.
